Acceptance of the King's Terms
By accessing or using Qoawista Keep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions outlined herein, you must immediately depart the fortress. Access is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older.
Virtual Currency (Crown Royals) Rules
The sole currency of our realm is the Crown Royal (CRR). Crown Royals are provided for free and are used exclusively to engage in our social casino games. They are purely virtual, meaning they cannot be traded, sold, or redeemed for cash, goods, or any other item of real-world value.
No Real Money Gambling Declaration
Qoawista Keep is a simulated social casino. No real money is used, won, or lost within our walls. Success in our virtual challenges, such as the Kings Guard Casino Slot or Dragons Breath Roulette, does not imply future success at real money gambling.
User Conduct & Honor Code
All knights and lords must conduct themselves with honor. Harassment of other players, attempts to exploit site bugs, or the use of automated scripts to manipulate gameplay are strictly forbidden. Violators will be permanently banished from the Keep.
Account Creation & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify our scribes immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
Termination of Kingdom Access
The High Lords reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Qoawista Keep at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Liability Limitations
Our games are provided "as is" for entertainment purposes only. Qoawista Entertainment Ltd shall not be held liable for any interruptions in service, data loss, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform.
Governing Law (GB)
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
